RUNNA BOAT

Concept
A story-driven piece inspired by a Jamaican childhood tradition where kids leave home for the day to cook together in the hills. The goal was to capture a sense of freedom and atmosphere through a grounded outdoor environment.

Approach
The focus was building a natural outdoor space without over-designing it. Lighting drove the look, with restrained values and subtle atmosphere. Small movement, pacing, and environmental detail were used to support the tone.

Constraints
Balancing visual quality with real-time performance. The scene needed enough detail to feel lived-in while still running efficiently, which required being selective about where detail was added.
